Focus Sessions are intended to cover special and emerging topics that do not fit into the regular technical tracks. Proposals submitted by the Focus Session Organizer(s) are reviewed by the Conference Organizing Committee. If approved, the Focus Session Organizers are expected to solicit paper submissions. All papers are peer-reviewed according to the standard rigorous IEEE reviewing procedure.
